All our pieces are handcrafted in our Studio on Vancouver Island, BC.
• Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to carefully wrap and box your order.
• Sustainability: We use recyclable cardboard, biodegradable peanuts, or honeycomb paper to ensure your new ceramics arrive safely while staying kind to the Earth.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship domestically within Canada and internationally to the USA and select global destinations.
• Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
• Local Pickup (Free): If you are on Vancouver Island, you can skip the shipping fees! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will email you instructions to coordinate a pickup time at our studio.
• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you once the label is created.
3. The "Broken Piece" Guarantee
We take immense pride in our packaging, but we know that occasionally, the journey can be rough.
• If an item arrives broken: Please take a photo of the damaged item AND the packaging it arrived in immediately.
• Email the photos to Xiao.Ceramic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will either send a replacement (if the item is in stock) or issue a full refund. As each piece is handmade, replacements may vary slightly or take time to recreate.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics and the high cost of shipping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."
